you at the convention and we spoke for a while outside in front, I also
commented on the lovely dress you were wearing...Now I hope you
remember me...I wanted to take a moment to share with you my Excitement,
i have booked my First Group Cruise and have already booked 15 cabins,
that may not sound like a lot but after taking your training I have
learned more about how to market my Buisness, we set sail in January
2010, and I have customers calling me everyday wanting to reserve space

you so much for the comprehensive training class I just completed,
referenced above. I have been in this industry for about 17 months now,
have completed CRTA training, First Class Training, and am working my
way through Travel Agent University, but your training is the most
hands-on and understandable I have had to date.
Andrea,
you are a knowledgeable, engaging, and patient instructor. You touched
on so many areas that, until taking your class, confounded me, and you
managed to make crystal clear the processes which are so necessary to
doing business efficiently and profitably.
I am not only a
referring travel agent, but I am also a Power Team Leader who will be
insisting that all of my team members who sell travel take your course.
Next to First Class Training, it should also be mandatory. It's that
good!

Dear Andrea,
Thank
you so much. I learned more in these few hours this past week than I
have learned in the whole 15 months I have owned my agency. I'll see
you on the 10th. I am so excited I have decided to put together a tour
of Albania in 2010 for other Peace Corps family members. Even though I
was planning a trip for myself next year, I never would have tried to
put a tour together before your class. Your class helped me thru the
scary parts like how to make sure my customer is getting the vacation
they want and deserve and protecting myself from liability for errors or
other unforeseen problems. Thank you again for saving my business
because that's about what it had come down to.

I admire your professional approach to the travel
business. Your training was not only superb but very comprehensive. I
was truly amazed and gratified as you patiently ensured that the

Thank
you for doing this class. It is priceless. We have been in YTB over 2
years and were first attracted to the travel side of the business.
Once
we began to build a team we were the only team in our area teaching out
downline: "Don't forget the PRODUCT. Learn all you can about the
products". Thank you for "getting that" and teaching it. We've taken
every course in the back office and more, but NOTHING compares to your
class. We recommend this class to people who are serious about booking
travel, not playing at it.

Thank you Andrea for
the travel training webinars. Your encouragment to take the CCRA
training has trained me how to give value for my clients and has given
me the flexibility of rewarding myself with a commission rate that I
have control over. For an example my client called the hotel direct and
negotiated a corporate rate for himself and sixty colleagues for a
three night stay. Through CCRA Net Rate I was able to save them 21% and
reward myself with a 65% commission. Everyone came out a winner. The
CCRA website has made the booking process easy. I would encourage all
RTA’s to click in to your website, take the training course and start
booking hotel rooms that reward them with a commission rate that will
grow their business.

Good Morning Andrea,
This is Brandon Amienyi writing to tell you how much you have assisted me with your travel training course.
I can only begin to tell you how much you have changed my life and outlook on my travel business.
You have allowed me to see the light at the end of the tunnel as far as my business is concerned.
This
training should be required for all new RTAs with no exception. I have
been waiting for a comprehensive training on how to run my business for 2
years! I stuck it out because I new there was something great yet to be
discovered. Your travel training course was it!
I am glad I did not quit as many times I had thought about doing just that. I will send all of my new business partners through your course as a requirement of being on the team. Your class has given me incredible hope for a future of travel sales that I can do anywhere in the world.
I
myself am a trainer and I relate to your very detailed system of
teaching. Sometimes a person will become a trainer because they have
success in a particular field but that does not mean they are skilled as
a teacher. You have great teaching skills and your success in the field
totally enhances your credibility.
I would never have believed that someone could sell $80,000 to $100,000 in travel bookings every month if I had not heard it with my own ears from you. THAT is encouraging beyond measure!
